Each individual may hold only one active Account on the Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. rmj88 employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts. In the event of detection, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and Real Fund balances frozen pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or security PIN with any other person. rmj88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify rmj88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
You agree to keep all Account information accurate and up to date throughout the duration of your membership. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
rmj88 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to comply with international anti-money laundering standards, to confirm member age, and to protect the integrity of the Platform.
KYC verification is required before a Member's first withdrawal, when cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds, when unusual account activity is detected, or at any time rmj88 reasonably requests it.
rmj88 will use reasonable efforts to process KYC submissions within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC verification is complete. Providing forged, altered, or fraudulent documents will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

All deposits are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). rmj88 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Deposits made from accounts not registered in the Member's own name will be rejected and returned.
The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction is Rp 100,000,000. Daily cumulative deposit limits may apply to certain account tiers and will be communicated in the Member's account dashboard. rmj88 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Bank transfers submitted during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are typically processed and reflected in the Member's Account balance within 5 minutes. Transfers submitted outside these hours are processed the next available banking window. E-wallet deposits are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and typically reflect within 2–5 minutes.
Members are responsible for ensuring that all deposit details, including the destination account number and reference code, are entered correctly. rmj88 cannot be held liable for delays or failures arising from incorrect information provided by the Member. Deposits sent without the correct reference code may take longer to process.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to verified Indonesian bank accounts held in the Member's own name. rmj88 does not issue withdrawals to third-party bank accounts, payment cards, or e-wallets not registered to the Member's verified identity.
The minimum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100,000. Standard account holders may withdraw up to Rp 100,000,000 per day. VIP account holders are subject to higher limits as communicated by their account manager. rmj88 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches over multiple banking days.
Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB) are typically processed within 2–4 hours. Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing at the next available window, generally by 12:00 WIB the following business day. rmj88 aims to complete all withdrawals within 24 hours of request.
Members must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. Real Funds deposited and not used in any wager may be withdrawn at any time subject to applicable processing times and the Member's KYC status.
rmj88 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank may apply its own transfer processing fees. rmj88 is not responsible for any fees levied by the receiving financial institution.
From time to time, rmj88 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion and to the general provisions in this clause.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before the resulting balance (or any portion of it) may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means you must wager ten times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted). Wagering must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion's specific terms, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement, while live casino table games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%) or not at all, depending on the specific promotion. rmj88 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and in progress.
All sports bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. rmj88 offers markets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League), badminton, MotoGP, e-sports, and other disciplines. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:
rmj88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. During a suspension, the Member's balance will be frozen pending the outcome of any investigation.
A Member may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, rmj88 will process any pending withdrawal of the Member's verified Real Fund balance within the standard processing timeframe. Any uncompleted Bonus Fund wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. rmj88 will notify the Member by email before applying any dormancy fee. A dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 per month may be deducted from the Account's Real Fund balance to cover administrative costs, subject to the balance not falling below zero. Members may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a deposit.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the rmj88 brand name, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of rmj88 or its licensed suppliers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of rmj88. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
rmj88 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rmj88's total liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rmj88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if rmj88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by rmj88's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. rmj88 does not sell personal data to third parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the governing jurisdiction. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
